Low temperature water direct-fired single, double, double –effect type
First provide heating or cooling by use hot water below 100c which produced by generator or other industry equipment.
Second if the hot water is not enough, it can be after burning by nature gas, light oil.
Low temperature water /steam fired single or double effect type
First provide heating or cooling by use hot water below 100c which produced by generator or other industry equipment.
Second if the hot water in not enough it can use steam as auxiliary source of heat.
Flue Gas LiBr absorption Chiller
Flue gas single effect chiller provide cooling by use flue gas below 300C which produced by electric generator or other industry equipment.
Flue gas double effect chiller provide cooling or heating by use flue gas or waste hot water which produced by consumption turbine, internal combustion engine or other industrial equipment.
Flue gas hot water chiller provide cooling or heating by use flue gas or waste hot water which produced by internal combustion engine of other equipment.

Cooling operation
Flue Gas double-effect LiBr absorption chiller is made of evaporator, absorber, condenser, low temperature, refrigerant condensate heat reclaim device, high temperature heat exchange, solution pump etc.
The dilute solution in the absorber is pumped through refrigerant condensate heat reclaim device, low temperature heat exchanger and the last the solution enter into high temperature heat exchanger by No.1 pump where the solution temperature goes up.the dilute solution change into medium solution. Medium solution flow through high temperature heat exchanger enter into low temperature generator, it heated by refrigerant vapor which from high temperature generator, and finally become concentrate solution, Concentrate solution is pumped through low temperature heat exchanger by no.2 pump. The temperature of concentrate solution goes down, then enter into absorber and sprayed on the cooling water tube where it absorbs the refrigerant vapor from evaporator and change into dilute solution. On the other hand, the vapor in the high temperature generator produced by heating LiBr solution flot into low temperature generator which heat medium solution and become refrigerant , it therough refrigerant condensate heat reclaim device and temperature goes down and cooled into refrigerant after being decompressed and throttled with the refrigerant vapor in the condenser. Then the low temperature refrigerant flow into evaporator where it sprayed on the chilled water tube, cool the chilled water in the evaporator.
Above process circles again and again for producing water continuously.
Heating operation
Dilute solution is heated in high temperature generator and produced refrigerant vapor. Refrigerant vapor go to evaporator absorber and exchange heat in evaporator to get hot water. And medium solution goes into absorber and mixes with refrigerant. Then the solution become dilute solution, the dilute solution goes through low temperature heat exchanger, high temperature heat exchanger and return high temperature generator. Above process circles again and again for producing chilled water continuously.
